Guest post on Chief Learning Officer: Is 70-20-10 a Most Unfortunate Name?

The 70:20:20 learning model has all the right pieces, but that moniker can be misleading. Why should we keep the numbers in the name of the popular model for learning and development if they are just guidelines and should change depending on each organization's learning needs? Why not call it the Experience:Exposure:Education model of professional learning instead?
