Research from CYPHER Learning reveals the biggest concerns for HR and business leaders and their attitudes toward generative AI. Of the 400 HR and business leaders from across the U.S. and U.K surveyed, 65% say that while upskilling employees is essential to plugging skills gaps, they don’t have the time to develop relevant courses.
