Now learners can launch Learn, Practice, or Assess from within a course and get a tailored session based on the content of that course, grounding everything in what they’re currently learning.
Learn
When launched from within a course, the Learn tool provides a quick snapshot of their course progress along with suggested focus areas to help guide the session.
The learning is founded in the course materials, but also incorporates global knowledge to expand on specific topics covered in the course and help the user deepen their understanding. Learners get additional support with concepts that they may be struggling with, or they can go deeper on a topic than the course content offers.
Assess & Practice
Using CYPHER Agent: Assess, learners can create personalized assessments for all phases of learning and:
- Reinforce learning during a course.
- Validate knowledge at course completion.
- Preview upcoming material with a pre-assessment.
Using CYPHER Agent: Practice, they can role-play different scenarios getting practice applying what they’ve learned in the course. It’s the difference between knowing something and knowing that they can actually put it to use appropriately.
Both options reinforce learning in a way that’s totally tailored to the user, their role, and how they want to use it.
More tailored sessions
When launched, CYPHER Agent for learners prompts the user for more information about what they want to learn, practice, or assess, suggesting an area of focus based on their responses. It then builds a concept map of proposed topics for the learner to accept or refine, if they choose. This extra, optional set-up allows the learner to focus their request so that they get exactly what they need.
