We’ve launched a new knowledge base designed specifically for those of you that resell courses under your own brand. This experience is white-labeled, with no CYPHER Learning references in articles or screenshots, ensuring a seamless experience for end users.
When users on a white-labeled, reseller platform click on the Knowledge base through the Help center pop-up, they’ll access the non-branded Knowledge base. Administrators will continue to have access to the full CYPHER Learning Knowledge base and ticket support via the Customer support center button in the Help center.
