We’re excited to announce that we’re testing a new in-app solution that will deliver news and how-to help about new features directly in the app! This smart solution will inform you of new or updated features and either direct you to the right help article, or walk you through the steps directly.
Context-aware, it will only display in the relevant section of the app so you see it right when you need to, but it will remain accessible if you want to revisit the information later. It’s also role-aware so that it will only display to those users with administrative permissions.
The CYPHER engineering team is busy preparing a brand new reporting engine to not only make reporting more easy, but to make it more accurate, more flexible, more visible. And fast!
